What it means

More than a name on a register

Members carry the association forward. A monthly subscription of £10.00 sustains the welfare fund, community gatherings and the association's day-to-day work. In return, members are supported, informed and heard.

Who can join

Open to our community

Membership is open to adults of the Robe and Bale community at home and in the diaspora, and to those who wish to associate with and support its work. Every application is reviewed by the secretariat before membership is granted.

The process

How the application works

    Scan the association QR code or open the membership page directly.

    Complete the form

    Your personal, contact and membership details.

  3. Step 3

    Add your photo

    A passport-style photo, taken or uploaded from your device.

  4. Step 4

    Sign digitally

    Sign with your finger, mouse or stylus.

  5. Step 5

    Review

    Check every detail before anything is submitted.

  6. Step 6

    Submit

    Your application is recorded with a unique reference.

  7. Step 7

    Review & approval

    The secretariat reviews and, once approved, issues your membership number.

Your photo, signature and personal details are stored privately and are visible only to authorised association officers. Membership numbers and joining dates are issued by the association after approval.
