What we collect
When you apply for membership we collect your name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone number, email address, occupation, emergency contact details, membership category, a passport-style photograph and your signature.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, maintain the official membership register, contact you about association matters, and administer subscriptions, welfare support and attendance records.
How it is protected
Photographs and signatures are held in private storage and are never published. Application and member records are protected by row-level database security so that only authorised association officers can view them. We never expose home addresses, dates of birth, emergency contacts or signatures publicly.
Retention
Applications are retained for audit and membership history purposes, including where an application is not approved.
Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact the secretariat at the association's published contact address.
