Accurate information
By submitting a membership application you declare that the information you provide is true and correct. Applications containing knowingly false information may be rejected or membership withdrawn.
Application and approval
Submitting an application does not create membership. Applications are reviewed by the association's secretariat, which decides whether to approve or reject them. Membership numbers and official joining dates are issued by the association.
Subscriptions
Members are expected to keep their monthly subscription up to date. Sustained non-payment may affect membership standing and eligibility for welfare support, in accordance with association rules.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records belonging to others, disrupt the platform, or submit automated or duplicate applications.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.
